About myself
I have been investing in real estate since the early 1980's. I have had my real estate license since 2003 which I got while living in Tampa, Florida where I lived from 1999-2013. My focus is with multi-family, while using flips and wholesaling as a source of quick cash to invest in the rental units. I am looking to build relationships with investors, contractors and others that I can include as part of our "power team" in order to form a profitable business not only for myself but for all involved in our success.
