I am an Engineering Department Manager, with a side Air Conditioning Business. I started investing on rental properties 5 years ago. Primarily a buy-and-hold investor, currently residing in Davenport, Florida. I own 4 rental properties with immediate plans to buy 1 or 2 properties yearly, starting 2018.
