I am originally from the UK (Halifax, West Yorks) and greatly appreciate all the advice and connections I receive here. I have a LTR in the UK, and have recently acquired a SMF Duplex to fully renovate and househack here in the US. I love the SMF concept as it is not an option in the UK so it is new to me - I aim to grow my portfolio by purchasing more of this asset.
