Josh Green

I have spent over a decade appraising all kinds of multifamily projects across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, and North Dakota. I have also consulted real estate developers and investors on their properties. I hold the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Graduated from the University of Utah with a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree and co-teach a real estate market analysis course in the program. I worked for 3.5 years for a residential developer and was responsible for underwriting, market analysis, financing (debt and equity), and asset management. I left my job at the end of 2021 to do real estate consulting, investment and development full time. I love making connections, consulting, and helping people however I can. I love spending time with my wife and four boys, swimming, spearfishing, and making cheese.
