I have been an active real estate investor since 2017, and have primarily invested in the Columbus, GA market. My business partner and I are active duty Army and were stationed at nearby Ft. Benning at the time. We've both since moved and I currently reside in Anchorage, AK with my lovely wife who's active duty Airforce. We purchased our first BRRRR property in the fall of 2017 and since have grown our portfolio to 13 doors - 2 SFRs, 1 four unit, and 1 seven unit. We are also in the process of a merger with another partner that will add numerous properties in the Knoxville, TN market to our portfolio.
