I’m an engineer in the Denver area looking to use REI as a tool to create additional income streams and, hopefully, some day replace my day job. I’m focused on using BRRRR to start my portfolio with aspirations of growing into the world of small to medium multi-family. My family is my source of motivation and I’m excited to begin my journey so that I can teach my kids, by example, greater financial intelligence and start them on the path to financial freedom.
