Hi there! I am brand new to real estate investing and I am curious to learn the different tools to add to my investing toolbox. I am excited to start networking, and I aim to find a niche that I can use to eventually replace my W2 work. I honestly don't mind my current job, but the idea of being able to travel more often, spend more time with my family, and be financially free is enticing - even given the risk involved and effort required.
