I am a 25+ year non-profit worker who dived into real estate about 14 years ago to fund my non-profit passion of helping people and the community. Experience: I started out managing buy and hold property that my partner already owned and then branched out into acquiring more properties. While I am continuing to work on buy/hold properties and their management with my partner, I have started my own company to branch out into rehab/flips. I have wholesaled one duplex and flipped 4 SFR properties out in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I currently have a duplex that we finished renovations on and are working on reselling. Real Estate Goals: The goals for this year are to 1) flip two properties, 2) acquire one or two rental properties (or a multi-unit) and 3) expand into the markets I already have a presence in and get a rehab/flip project going - Las Vegas, Jacksonville, Houston.
