I am a new investor to real estate. I currently have one rental townhouse and am looking to grow and develop my portfolio to include multifamily units. Experience: Currently own one rental unit and my primary residence. Have been a landlord for 4 years. Also own a Home Remodeling company (Window Depot) so have access to contractors and experience with Windows, Siding, Doors, Roofing, etc.. Real Estate Goals: Still deciding which path I want to go down with real estate. Learning as much as I can about buy and hold small multi-family units as well as flipping because of my access to materials and labor at wholesale prices. Already owning a rental unit, I am tempted to try a flip to see how I like that in comparison to buy & hold. Currently Seeking: I currently lack large scale construction management skills needed in flipping a house. I have an accounting background so am very strong on the analytic side of the transaction. Looking for help on the execution side.
