I bought my first fixer upper 4 years ago and loved the process. Since then I have flipped 3 additional houses and am currently looking for the next one. Currently have $5000 in monthly cash flow from rentals and looking to get into real estate full time once I have $10,000 a month. I have so far bought and held all of them hoping to create enough passive income I can eventually do real estate full time.
