Air Force Veteran and rookie real estate investor in Phoenix metro. I am a full-time Acquisitions Manager for one of the largest cash buyers in Arizona. I have closed over 60 wholesale deals and completed 1 additional fix & flip for my company in 2024. My goal is to acquire 1-2 long term rentals per year starting in 2025. In addition to purchasing rentals, I'd like to fix & flip at least 2 properties per year with plans to scale that volume when I am able to retire from my W2 job.
