I’m a project manager for a local oil and gas company looking to develop passive income to escape the 9-5. I have been listening to the podcast for several months and learned a lot but haven’t made it past looking at potential properties. My short term goal is looking at/analyzing 15 properties a month. My long term goal, as lofty as it may seem, is to have $10,000/month in passive income within 5 years. It’s time for me to start taking action!
