I'm a co-founder of J&J Real Estate LLC, where my partner and I are building a long-term buy-and-hold rental portfolio. Our current focus is acquiring turnkey, tenant-occupied single-family rentals, with a preference for Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) properties where the lease, HAP documentation, rental history, expenses, and property condition can be properly verified. We’re focused on building the business through disciplined underwriting, seller-financing opportunities, strong local property management, and long-term relationships with experienced real estate professionals and private capital partners. I’m here to continue learning, connect with landlords, property managers, lenders and other investors, and build genuine long-term relationships within the real estate community.
