I am an RN full time and I am new to real estate investing. I have been learning as much as I can about it online and have taken an agent course but needing to get the license test done still if it seems to be worth it. Looking to learn, network with everyone, and get into long-term rentals. Also interested in multi-family 2-4 units. I want to learn from experienced investors, agents, business owners, etc. Looking to network and willing to provide value through knowledge that I have gained that may help people out and to gain more knowledge and experience myself as well.
