Hey everyone on Bigger Pockets! My name is Josh and I began my real estate journey in 22' when I purchased my first duplex and purchased my second in March of 25'. I use both long-term tenants as well as mid-term rental tenants. I have a W-2 job as a Initial Assessment Specialist where I investigate child abuse and neglect. I am seeking to learn as much as possible in becoming a real estate agent as that is what I want to transition to in the spring.
