Joshua Rushford

Born and raised in the small town of Morrisville, VT. Owner of Sweet Sativa Hemp Farm LLC, hungry (aspiring) real estate investor, and just a motivated character in general. I intend to do what others won't do today so I'm able to do what they can't do tomorrow. I'm a newbie to the real estate investing world, but I aim to go far with it and I'm committed to that end. When the mindset is right, anything is possible. I'm starting from nothing. No financial advantage, only a wealth of knowledge from hours of deep study and networking along with a strong determination to be financially free and become the best version of myself.
