My name is Joshua Rountree, I`m 24, and just now starting out in my real estate investment journey. Since finding BP I have invested in a single family rental which turned out really well and seeking more. I also have my Real Estate license and plan to deepen my knowledge of my local market and will pass it out willingly to my clients and anyone else who I can help. My focus is building a solid foundation based on education. My desired path is to find fix and flip opportunities, and use the profits to pour into small multi-family deals to start me off. I have one rental property which is doing well and understand my local market well enough to be dangerous. Really enjoy finding out numbers and comps( since that's what I do on a day-to-day) on potential investment opportunities whether that be flip or rental. I still believe I have a lot to learn and always seeking other ways to expand my knowledge.
