About myself
I am a relatively new investor, who has made the committed plunge by buying my first multi-family unit. I have passively invested since 2007, until recently when my wife and I realized my W2 retirement wasn't going to match our goals. Now we are actively picking up properties and having a ball watching our passive income roll in.
