My wife and I began investing in real estate in 2019 by house-hacking a duplex in Nampa, ID. We have since moved out and currently rent and self-manage 3 doors in Nampa, ID. The BRRRR Strategy is the next challenge we are looking to take on. Would love to connect with others that share a passion for real estate. Experience: The real estate experience that I have is solely from the knowledge I have gained through BiggerPockets and their published books. I enjoy analyzing deals, but I am very green when it comes to hands-on experience. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to accumulate buy & hold properties in order to diversify my retirement investments while creating a new stream of income via cash flow. I would like to purchase a multifamily home within the next 12 months and house hack in order to gain experience managing rental properties. From there I would like to acquire 1-2 properties per year, ideally utilizing the BRRRR strategy in order to continue investing in more buy & hold properties.
