Welcome to my little piece of real estate on BiggerPockets. I live in WA state with my lovely wife, Theresa; son, Aidan; and two adorable golden doodles, Lucy and Tucker. Together we own and operate an e-commerce business that pays the bills and allows us to live on our schedule. I’m also a Warrant Officer in the Army Reserve and pursuing active duty, which may take us to the Williamsburg, VA area later this year. I am committed to adding real estate investing to our income streams because it’s a near perfect wealth building vehicle. I want to know my family is set and secure for the future. Too many relatives, including my parents, lived paycheck to paycheck and now are struggling with no retirement. We are primarily interested in buy and hold using the BRRRR method, but are not averse to flips as well.
