I am an IT professional switching to a new chapter in my life while still holding my current position. Looking to invest into something that gives a little more cash flow 10 or 15 years from now. I am heavy on paper assets and looking to diversify a little. Experience: Performed a couple of flips on my own and also joint venture in a couple more. Been managing a total of five rentals sense 2019. Real Estate Goals: I want to change the course of my family tree. I will have three properties by 2020. ( Happy to say this was achieved plus I got two flips under my belt by this time ) Currently Seeking: In the book Start, Jon Acuff explains that we have for stages in our lives; Learning, Editing, Mastering, Harvesting and Guiding. In the real estate business I am currently in the learning stage and I do not believe I will ever stop learning. Right now I am looking into better tax strategies as the business grows and so does my portfolio.
