With an analytical mind and working in an engineering profession I'm looking to further change my family's legacy. In addition to the traditional investing, real estate investing has always been an avenue I've wanted to take. I'm VERY new to the investment game. Experience: Having an engineering background, I would find myself volunteering with Habitat for Humanity (which I still give time to) in different parts of the country. I've grown to understand residential makeups and demographics. In addition I try to keep a watchful eye on the residential makeups of communities in the cities I have resided in. I've bought, renovated, and sold two homes since graduating college. I would call it an extended flip, lol. Real Estate Goals: Make the equivalent income from real estate investing that I make in my household. Then from here grow to 50k per month income (passive and profits) Currently Seeking: I'm currently seeking to learn the business here in Houston. Just relocated in May 2015 and want to give my extra time to real estate investing. I understand it will end up being a team effort and look to connect with like minded individuals that can be my network and team to become successful.
