"The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have." Since graduating from Berkeley Law School in 2011, I've spent the past six years perfecting my trade. As a trial attorney, I've presented highly intricate jury trials that have included questioning prospective jurors to understand their background, biases, interests and tendencies in order to select a perfect jury panel. I've also examined all types of witnesses, from experts specializing in post-traumatic stress disorder to civilians that are intimately involved in serious crimes. Shortly after starting my legal career, my intellectual curiosity led me to real estate investment and development. With little to no background--other than an engineering degree--I began to study, research, and work on all types of real estate investments and developments. Simultaneously with the practice of law, I began, with two business partners, a real estate firm with the goal to invest in and develop housing in the Greater Los Angeles area. From target- to general-market analysis and generating private placement memoranda, to conducting negotiations for the sale of target properties, I've been involved in numerous aspects of this profession. At this point, I'm interested in connecting with individuals from all backgrounds--including those new to the profession; experienced investors and developers; financiers; agents and brokers; etc.
