My wife and I invest and manage our own rental properties located in St. Johns, Duval, and Clay counties NE Florida. Experience: We bought our first investment property (4-plex) in 2002 from a colleague at because she was sick of landlording. We've been hooked by real estate investing ever since and left W2 corporate job in 2016. We're now up to 23 units / 19 properties . . . closed on last 3/2 in St. Augustine / World Gold Village area February 2019.
