I'm Principal and Co-Founder of STUDIO 818 Design + Build Management. STUDIO 818 is a design-build-management firm serving custom home and whole-house renovation clients from Fort Lauderdale to Stuart, Palm Beach to Wellington and areas in between. Proud to have my wife as my partner in business and life. She is the creative force in STUDIO 818 leading the architecture & design team. I oversee operations including; systems development, marketing, property acquisition and construction management. I've been in and around the construction industry since age 12. My real estate investment experience began in 1995. I have invested in, developed and managed over 200 real estate projects in New Jersey, Hawaii, Texas, California and Florida ranging from single-family homes to 350-plus unit apartment complexes. In 2018 my wife and I left the world of flipping and property development to launch STUDIO 818 where we work exclusively with clients.
