I'm an avid DIYer, who is quite interested in real estate investment. I just completed my first live-in flip, and should be closing on the sale early August, 2018. I've read a number of books, listen to the BP Podcasts regularly and have been lurking on the forums for quite some time. I'm most interested in buy and holds in the Northern NJ area, and actively seeking a deal where the BRRR strategy works.
