I am a part time rental property investor just starting out here in the Baltimore area. I am looking for single family and small (4 units or less) multi-family properties Baltimore County and downtown area (Canton, Fells Point, and Fed Hill). I’d love to meet other investors in the area and I am always down for a good cup of coffee. I am also an aspiring rock climber and have an Earth Treks membership so if anyone is looking for a climbing buddy I have a pretty flexible schedule.
