I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. I grew up in a middle class family on the edge of the city. I've been working since I was 14 years old and am finally tired of working for someone else's future and retirement. I am brand new to the real estate investing world and have been educating myself to lessen the chances of making bad decisions in my endeavors. I've set a goal to be financially free by the time I am 45 (that will be in the year 2025). My goals reach well beyond that age however. I plan to continue investing in new properties until I am 65. I am looking to start with single-family homes and eventually work my way up to high end apartment complexes in the Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester counties that surround Philadelphia.
