About myself
I started flipping properties in 2011. In 2013 I started BRRRing rental properties as well. In 2017 one of our SFHs was raided by the police we realized that it had been an illegal cannabis grow house. We sold it and using a 1031 exchange, we bought a small multifamily property with a partner. We added value and refinanced and added more multifamily properties to our portfolio since.
