Scott Dennis

As a third generation South Floridian, I have extensive knowledge of Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the surrounding areas. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration with emphasis in real estate. I was fortunate to work on a vast range of construction projects such as a NASA rocket launcher at Kennedy Space Center, high rise condos in Miami, solar farm developments throughout the world, Miami and Orlando International Airports, the award winning FBI Field Office in Miramar, and The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. From pouring concrete to negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, I was able to quickly gain experience in an extremely fast paced environment. At an early age, I was always learning about real estate investing and analyzing deals, which finally led me to get my real estate license. Wanting to do more than just sell real estate, I founded a construction consulting and real estate investment company. My Grandfathers, Jim and Ron both had the same entreprenurial drive, so in 2015 I founded The Jimron Group.
