We have been investing in real estate since 2013, mainly with live-in flips, remodels, and rehabbing and some rentals. I have a very flexible and lucrative W2 job that allows my wife and I to invest in properties with a higher level of managed risk. We are good at finding great location properties, rehabbing the right way, and capitalizing on our hard work. We are looking to diversify our experience level and open to new opportunities.
