Happily married father of 3 young adults. We enjoy traveling around Oregon, fishing, crabbing and general sight seeing. Spring break 2014 we rented an RV and took a family trip to the San Juan Islands in Washington. FYI - SJI are NOT RV friendly, but we had fun nonetheless. Now that the kids are older, my wife and I would like to do some more traveling. Experience: I have been working in commercial real estate since 1998, managing approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space. In 2002 I got my broker's license and represent a small client list while maintaining my full-time job. Real Estate Goals: We purchased our first investment property in 2011, a four-plex which barely met the 1% rule. We have since increased the rents and the property is cash flowing pretty well. Ultimately, we would like to have our portfolio provide enough passive income that I could quit my full-time job. Obviously, we are nowhere near that point yet.
