I'm a young professional looking to diversify my investment portfolio and get into real estate investment as a way to supplement my income. I'm a numbers guy, so that part of real estate investment is interesting to me- looking at the cashflow returns on different deals and seeing where the numbers will work. Right now though, I'm very much a beginner, so I'm on here looking to learn and get more information as I start to enter this world.
