About myself
My background is in Mechanical Engineering but I am currently working as a Project Manager for a large construction management company in NYC; building High-rises. I also am a licensed real estate agent serving the NYC/Long Island area. I am looking to invest in "Fix and flips" and “Buy and Holds" My Goal is to accumulate cash flowing rental properties. On this platform I am hoping to network with like-minded individuals, gain/share some beneficial knowledge; possible do some joint ventures and grow my real estate portfolio.
