Experience: We've been investing in real estate full time since 2011 and have successfully completed over 80 deals. We started with fix and flips, as many others, but quickly progressed into wholesaling, pop tops, and ultimately new construction. We have projects in CO, TX, CA primarily but have done deals in many different US markets. Real Estate Goals: Our single family side of the business has moved along well and we have recently added a commercial arm primarily focused on multi family dwellings. 1000 doors in 5 years is the short term goal. Currently Seeking: REvest is seeking new investment partners. As we continue to put new projects in the pipeline we are always in a need for capital partners to continue the progressive work flow. We have PPMs for our larger acquisitions and solid structures for JV agreements on projects of smaller scale.
