I live in West Michigan in Grand Haven. I started investing in 2000 by selling a vacant lot I ended up with. I did a 1031 exchange and bought a duplex in Spring-Lake Michigan. After about 10 years went by and I started a manufacturing business. I eventually started 5 more companies and ended up closing all but one. I now have added a tri-plex in Ferrysburg and 10 SFR’s in Muskegon and Grand Haven. My attention is strictly focused on real estate investing, buy and hold (with light upgrades) . I am in the process of obtaining refinancing my rentals in a blanket wrap portfolio and hope to purchase 3-4 more rentals in the next couple of years. One might be in or around Ft Collins, CO.
