Julian Jurkoic

I'm a 23 year old aerospace engineer working for a major defense contractor. I just finished my first deal, a househack in San Diego, and am now actively looking to BRRR out of state (until I can househack again). My skillsets with regard to real estate: I have experience in engineering project management and leadership which translates well to business. Of course I'm good mathematically and like to analyse things, but I believe my strongest and most important skillset is as a communicator, a value instilled in me by my mother from a very young age. I'm always looking to connect with interesting investors and grow my circles! Feel free to send me a message about anything.
