Stay at home momma with four kids, AND new local real estate investor in Loveland/Windsor/Fort Collins, Colorado. Just moved from west Michigan, and still have one rental there. I have been interested in real estate investing since my teens, but put it off to start my family. Starting off part-time, until my youngest starts school full time. At that point, watch out world!!
