Hello BP! My name is Julie Clark and I've been involved in real estate for 20 years and have loved every moment of it. I feel blessed that I have been able to follow my passion, stay in the game and continue to learn new things every single day. I look forward to meeting you, learning from you and sharing with you. My "why" that keeps me going daily is that I am the proud my of twin 7 year old girls (love!). At this stage in my real estate life, I am a full-time wholesaler with a team of 5, as well as a full-time real estate broker in the Seattle,WA area. My expertise is wholesale deal analysis, analysis of good comps, negotiation and listing strategies for big wins. I am also the co-founder of Seattle Investors Club a local WA real estate investment club that meets once per month in Renton, WA.
