Julie Dunlap

I'm a real estate agent and investor from Scottsdale, Arizona. I also own a property management company for STRs. Currently, I'm working towards building up my STR portfolio. Most of my investments use creative financing strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize money needed for the deal. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients and former colleagues acquire investment properties that they never thought would be possible. However, I am only accepting property management clients at this time. In my ever growing free time I enjoy Bikram yoga and riding horses. I also travel frequently with my boyfriend. I'm always happy to connect with likeminded individuals. Please feel free to reach out or follow me on the social media links below!
