Hi! My name is Julie and I started listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast in 2014. I first became interested in real estate investing when I dated a guy who owned 4 houses that he rented out. It sparked the idea in me that I could do it too but had debt to pay down first. I chipped away at my debt and bought my first home in June 2014; a townhome in a great area. In April 2019 I bought a 2nd home that I moved into and rented out the first house. In May 2019 I bought an investment house across the street and also got offered a job in Greenville. In July I bought a house in SC that I moved into and rented out the 2nd home. To say the least, 2019 was a huge year for me. I have 2 rental properties now. I sold that first property and paid off all my debt except my mortgages. I’m looking to buy another property in 2023. I would love to connect with some investors and meet up in the Greenville, SC area!
