Julie Lam is a successful real estate investor who began her investing career in 2009. Julie is the co-founder and managing partner of Goodegg Investments. They have co-syndicated over 5000 multifamily units and 1500 self storage units with a combined value of over $720,000,000. As a real estate entrepreneur, Julie is passionate about helping investors understand the intricacies of multifamily investing. She focuses on how those investments can provide unique strategies to achieve specific financial and lifestyle goals that would other take years to achieve. Julie comes from a background in the law. Prior to transitioning to real estate investing full time, she spent the last 7 years working at one of the most prestigious law firms in Silicon Valley. She worked alongside a high profile Partner in the Employee Mobility/Trade Secret practice group. She received her B.A. in Technical and Professional Writing from San Francisco State University and also attended law school in San Francisco, California. She currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and 3 children.
