My primary occupation is as a Commercial Loan Officer for a debt platform that provides hard money funding for investors and developers. Clients call us when they have a loan that is too complicated for community banks, too small for national banks, do not have a perfect credit score or has an opportunity they need to close on FAST. On the side, I own and manage 12 short term rental properties in Kyoto, Japan catered for foreign tourists.
