I started working in real estate in college and have held every position at a real estate one can imagine. I have been a secretary, a broker’s assistant, a maintenance director, a sales agent and now I am happiest in newest role as broker and owner. I love working with investors to grow their portfolios. In fact, I often have pocket listings available. Whether it is adding a SFH or a 200-unit complex, I have the knowledge that can help you! Over the last 20 years and various companies, I have been able to learn many strategies that help investors and I have been exposed to some that ultimately hurt them. When I started Empire, I wanted to take those good lessons and expand on them and do away with the bad ones. However, success it is not rocket science. Doing the right thing and communication is really all you need.
