I am a full-time active duty military personnel who invests passively in real estate. I have a single-family home in OKC that I've owned for the past 7 years and a single-family home in Indiana that I purchased in 2021. Currently in the process of closing on a condotel in Waikiki for short term rental. Education: BS Technical Systems Management Professional: 2015-Current, U.S.Navy Officer Real Estate Goals: My goal is to continue to buy 2-3 properties a year while still working my day job. Hopefully that 2-3 increases steadily the next 4 to 5 years and I can retire early and live off of my passive income while traveling the world.
