Experience: Still quite new in REI Real Estate Goals: Near Term- Get our first deal of a cash flowing rental before the summer 2018. *Update: closed three deals with four doors including a rehab on the third, so moving ahead of schedule! Turned our primary home into another rental (#3), and moved into a live-in flip which we will be listing shortly. Once we have recovered our capital, we will be comparing another straight buy-and-hold, or BRRR it into multiple properties. 3-5 years: Pick up 1-3 properties per year to build a cash flowing portfolio of $7000/mo 10 years: Secure retirement and develop a secure start for our children.
