Justin Richards

Justin Richards is Co-founder President of Greyson Capital Group. Justin has almost a decade of multifamily property experience with competencies spanning physical asset management, leasing, customer relations, and collections. Earlier real estate activities include commercial and residential construction. While obtaining a B.S. degree from Michigan State University, Mr. Richards gained significant experience in low-voltage electrical work as a technician (and later upper management) within big box retailers and office parks nationally. Leveraging his in-depth, hands-on experience gained from multifamily professional work as an Assistant Manager at a 328 unit community, Mr. Richards formed Greyson Capital Group with business partner (Aaron Lenartz) to take full advantage of the great opportunities in this​ growing space.
