I’m a recent college graduate who is moving to the Tampa Bay Area. I have lived near the Delaware beaches my entire life and absolutely love the easy going coastal life style. I went to the University of Delaware where I majored in Pre-Vet Medicine and animal bioscience. Now I know what your thinking, what does a pre-vet major know about real estate. Well I can tell you that I really didn’t know much, that’s why I’m here and after reading Brandon Turners book about rental property investing, I can say that I am more then ready and excited to start my real estate investing journey.
