I am a Realtor in the Huntsville, AL area. I am also in the Alabama Army National Guard (18 years) and will be retiring soon. I have a wife and three little girls. I love to read self development and business books. Trying to build a life where I can be there more for my wife and children and I feel like real estate, sales and investing, can give me that opportunity. 2018 Goal: Purchase 5-10 units. Looking to purchase at least two 4plexes. 5 Year Goal: Purchase 50 units. Begin purchasing larger multi-family. 10 Year Goal: Purchase 100+ units. Use 1031 exchanges as a tool to purchase large multi-family. We are currently investing in the Huntsville and Wiregrass areas in Alabama.
