My favorite game as a kid was Monopoly and favorite movie was Karate Kid. I currently own a martial arts academy and 2 family rental property so I have successfully blended my two passions but I'm only just getting started. I have so much to learn about real estate investing and look forward to building my portfolio and becoming a black belt version of the top hat guy from the monopoly game.
